中小学生学校适应与师生关系的相关研究 被引量:13

The Relationship between School Adaptation and Teacher-student Relationship of Students in Primary and Middle Schools

摘要 目的探讨少数民族地区中小学生师生关系对学校适应的影响,为提高中小学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用学校适应行为量表和师生关系评定问卷,对云南省1030名学生进行问卷调查。结果①少数民族地区中小学生的适应能力处于一般水平,女生的学校适应能力好于男生,并存在显著的年级、家庭类型和民族差异(P<0.01);②女生的师生关系好于男生,并存在显著的年级、家庭类型、民族等差异(P<0.01);③师生关系能显著地预测其学校适应性,师生关系越好,学生的学校适应性就越好(P<0.01)。结论大理地区中小学生的学校适应性处于一般水平,建立良好的师生关系有助于提高学生的学校适应水平。 Objective To investigate the impact of school adaptation on teacher-student relationship of students in primary and middle school in minority areas,to provide the basis for the improvement of the pupils' mental health education. Methods A total of 1030 students jn Yunnan province were investigated by School Adaptive Behavior Scale and teacher-student relationship assess- ment questionnaire. Results ① The students' adaptation ability of primary and middle schools in minority areas was in the general level. The girls' adaptation ability was better than the boys' ,there were significant grade,family type and ethnic differences(P〈0.01);②Girls' teacher-student relationship was better than boys' ,there were significant grades,family type ,ethnic and other dif- ferences (P〈O. 01)③ Teacher-student relationship could significantly predict the school adaptability,and the better teacher-stu- dent relationship,the better the students' school adaptation ability(P〈0.01 ,P〈0.01). Conclusion The school adaptability of pri- mary and secondary students in Dali area is in the general level,a good teacher-student relationship can improve students' level of adaptation.
