摘要
目的构建高校教师能力素质模型。方法在文献分析法和行为事件访谈的基础上提出高校教师能力素质模型的理论构想,编制了《高校教师能力素质问卷》;通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析检验信度和效度。结果因子分析(KMO=0.865;P<0.000)和结构模型结果表明高校教师能力素质模型拟合度良好(CFI=0.916;TLI=0.903;RMSEA=0.051);信度(α=0.924)、效度(CVR=0.833)良好。结论构建的教师能力素质模型包括教学科研能力、自我发展能力、人事能力和资源整合能力4个维度,可作为选拔培养高校教师的参考。
Objective To establish the competency model of teachers in university. Methods On the basis of literature review and behavior event interview ,this study constructed the theory model of competency model of teachers in university ,developed ＂the scale of university teacher competency＂. Results Exploratory factor analysis（KMO= 0. 865;P〈0. 000）and confirmatory factor knalysis showed that the fit goodness of university teachers＇ competency model was acceptable （CFI= 0.916 ;TLI= 0. 903;RMSEA = 0. 051）. The reliability and validity achieved the psychometric criterion. Conclusion The competency model of teachers in uni- cersity which we constructed includes the ability of teaching and research,self-develop,human skills,and the ability to integrate re- sources.
