护士情绪劳动及生活满意度与情绪衰竭的关系

Relationship between Nurses’ Emotional Labor,Life Satisfaction and Emotional Exhaustion

目的探讨护士人员的情绪劳动、生活满意度和情绪衰竭之间的关系。方法采用情绪劳动、情绪衰竭和生活满意度问卷对171名护士进行调查。结果①护士在情绪劳动中经常使用深层动作(3.58±0.63)和自然表现策略(3.57±0.69);②表层动作(β=-0.24,P<0.001)和自然表现(β=0.18,P<0.05)对生活满意度的预测作用显著;③情绪衰竭在自然表现和生活满意度之间起中介作用。结论护士的情绪劳动可影响其生活满意度,也可通过情绪衰竭来影响生活满意度。

Objective To explore the relationship between emotional labor ,life satisfaction ,and emotional exhaustion of nurses. Methods A total of 171 nurses were investigated by questionnaire of emotional labor ,emotional exhaustion ,and life satisfaction. Results ① Nurses performed more deep acting（3. 58±0. 63）and naturally felt emotions（3. 57±0. 69）. ②Surface acting（E= -0. 24, P〈0. 001）and naturally felt emotions（β= 0. 18 ,P〈0.05）could significantly predict life satisfaction. ③Emotional exhaus- tion played an mediating role in the relationship of naturally felt emotions and life satisfaction. Conclusion Nurses＇ emotional labor will directlv influence their life satisfaction,as well as influence it indirectly through emotional exhaustion.
