摘要
抽油机常常由三相异步电动机驱动 ,由于抽油机电机负荷率很低 ,造成电机效率低 ,功率因数低 ,电能浪费大。作者研制的稀土永磁同步电动机用于抽油机电机节能 ,文中介绍了节能机理、采取的关键技术和现场试验情况。稀土永磁同步电动机用于抽油机驱动 ,节能效益显著 ,具有广阔的应用前景。
Three phase asynchronous motors are often used to drive oil-pumping units.Operating at a very low load factor motors are running at low efficiencies and low power factors with a lot of energy wasted. The Rare Earth Permanent Magnet(REPM)synchronous motors developed by the authors found an application in the field of motor energy-saving in oil-pumping units. In the paper introduced are the energy saving mechanism, key techniques applied and the field testing results in oil-pumping units. Great energy-saving benefits can be achieved by using REPM motors to drive in oil-pumping units and this kind of motors will find a wide application in oil fields.
