摘要
目的探讨大学生自我分化、压力知觉与心理健康之间的关系。方法以河北省及湖北省6所大学的987名大学生为研究对象,采用大学生自我分化量表(DSI-R)、压力知觉量表(PSS)及症状自评量表(SCL-90),对被试的自我分化、压力知觉及心理健康进行评定分析。结果①大学生自我分化与其心理健康有显著的负相关(P<0.01);②压力知觉与心理健康有显著正相关(P<0.01);③自我分化是作为压力知觉与心理健康间的调节变量而存在并发挥作用的(β=-0.086,P<0.001)。结论大学生自我分化、压力知觉与心理健康有显著相关,自我分化是压力知觉与心理健康的调节变量。
Objective To study the relationship between self differentiation,perceived stress and mental health of college stu- dents. Methods A total of 987 college students of 6 colleges in Hebei province and Hubei province were collected as our sample, they were tested with DSI--R,PSS and SCL: 90 scales. Results ① Self differentiation were significantly negatively correlated to mental health scores(P〈0. 01)② The perceived stress were significantly correlated to mental health scores (P〈0. 01);③ Self differentiation as variables between perceived stress and the regulation of mental health moderating existed and played a role (β= -0. 086,P〈0. 001). Conclusion Self differentiation,perceived stress are significantly related to mental health,and self-differenti- ation is the regulation variables between mental health and perceived stress.
