摘要
目的探讨大学生职业生涯规划现状及其影响因素。方法采用问卷法对336名大学生进行调查。结果①大学生职业生涯规划总体处于中上水平,性别无显著性差异,年级有显著性差异(F=4.53,P<0.001);②父母受教育程度和父母职业对大学生职业生涯规划没有显著影响;③文科生在评估调整层面上显著优于理科生(t=2.67,P<0.05);④担任过学生干部的大学生在生涯规划总体水平(t=2.07,P<0.05)和生涯行动层面(t=2.98,P<0.05)显著高于未担任过学生干部的个体;⑤接受过生涯辅导的大学生在生涯行动上显著优于未接受过生涯辅导的大学生(t=2.30,P<0.05);⑥农村大学生的生涯行动显著优于城镇大学生(t=2.18,P<0.05);⑦有过工作经验的大学生的生涯探索显著高于未参加过实践的大学生(t=2.13,P<0.05)。结论大学生职业生涯规划总体水平良好,且受到个人、家庭、学校和社会等因素的综合影响。
Objective To explore characters of college students' career planning and its influential factor. Methods A total of 370 college students were assessed With questionnaires of career planning. Results ① College students' general level of career planning was relatively high and no different on gender (F (4,325)= 1.66,P〈 0.05)but was significantly different on grade (F (12, 860)=4.53,P〈0. 001)②Parental education(F(4,329)= 1.02,P〉0.05)and occupation(F(12,860)= 1. 17,P〉O. 05)had no influence on career planning of college students;③Students of liberal arts did better than students of science in assessment and ad- justment lay(t= 2.67,P〈0.05);④Student cadre did better than others on general level of career planning(t= 2.07,P%0.05) and career action (t = 2.98 ,P%0.05); ⑤Students who took part in tutorship did better than others on career action (t = 2.30,P% 0.05) ;⑥ Country students did better than city students on career aetion (t = 2.18,P%0.05) ;⑦Students who had work experi- ence did better than others on career explore(t= 2.13,P〈0.05). Conclusion College students' general level of career planning is quite well and influenced by individual,family,school and society.
