摘要
目的探讨硕士研究生专业满意度的现状及其影响因素。方法采用问卷法进行调查。结果①对所学专业,硕士研究生满意的人数占44.5%,不满意的占55.5%;②硕士研究生专业满意度存在显著的地域、性别、专业和年级差异(χ2=15.829,P<0.001;χ2=9.326,P<0.01;χ2=9.376,P<0.01;χ2=62.495,P<0.001)。结论多数硕士研究生对所学专业不满意,硕士研究生专业满意度受多种因素影响。
Objective To find out the present situation and influencing factors of master postgraduates＇ major satisfaction. Methods To investigate the major satisfaction level and related factors. Results ① 45% of master postgraduates were satisfied; 55% were unsatisfied. Most of master postgraduates＇ major satisfaction was not high;② Master postgraduates＇ major satisfaction were significant different among region, gender, major and grade （x^2 = 15.829, P 〈 0.001 ; X^2 = 9.326, P 〈 0. 01 ; x^2 = 9.376, P 〈 0.01;Z2= 62. 495,P〈0. 001）. Conclusion Most of master postgraduates＇ major satisfaction is not high;which is influenced by many factors.
