Optimization of Combustion in Boiler Using Coal Deviated from Designed Grade

摘要 由于锅炉燃用煤种偏离设计煤种 ,日照电厂两台 350 MW机组飞灰含碳量高 ,低负荷稳燃能力差。介绍了通过全面的燃烧优化 ,充分挖掘设备潜力 。 Due to the coal actually used in Rizao Power Plant is deviated from the designed grade, two 1025 t/h Foster wheeler FWESA 1189.2/17.14 drum boiler has been suffered from high fly ash content and unstable combustion under low load condition. Hence a complete optimal combustion regulation has been carried out and consequently the negative effect caused by the unmatched coal is greatly reduced
