摘要
教师成长问题关系着学校教育的可持续发展和教育改革的成败。本文从教师成长历程研究和教师专业成长研究两方面进行归纳总结,以期给教师的培养提供借鉴。
Teacher development is related to sustainable develop- ment of school education and the success or failure of the educa- tion reform. This article summarizes both from the the teachers' development process and the process of their professional devel- opment, in order to provide references for teacher training.
