技师学院是一种类型比较特殊的学校,它是在技工学校的基础上发展起来的,它的办学性质和办学模式既不同于普通高校,又不同于高职院校,以技能教育为主。这给我们技师学院的班主任工作带来了一定的难度。本文结合自己从事班主任工作的经验,分别从学生的思想、意识和行为三方面入手,阐述了班主任工作的一些方法。班主任作为学生求学道路上的同行者,应不断改进方法,完善管理机制,为技师学院的德育工作贡献自己的力量。

The technician institute is a type of special school, which is usually developed on the base of the technology school. Its management mode is not only different from that in ordinary university and higher vocational college as well, which is given priority to skill education. As a result, the head teachers in the technician institute always meet with certain difficulties during their work because of these factors. The author expounds some e- ducation methods from three aspects that are the students＇ thoughts, consciousness and behavior combined with her own head teacher experience. As the partners of students, the head teachers should try to improve their education methods continu- ously and perfect management mechanism in order to contribute to the Technician College moral education work.
