浅议高职商务英语人才培养模式改革

A Brief Discussion on the Reform of Higher Vocational Business English Talent Cultivation Model

随着中国加入WTO与经济全球化的发展,社会对于一专多能的商务英语复合型人才的需求量也逐渐增强,各地高职院校也纷纷开设了商务英语专业。然而为了适应新形势的需要,商务英语人才的传统培养模式也亟待进行改革。本文主要从培养目标、课程设置、教学模式、师资队伍建设等方面分析了高职商务英语人才培养模式改革的途径。

With China＇s accession to the WTO and the develop- ment of economic globalization, the social demand for the com- pound talents business English multi-skill gradually increased throughout higher vocational colleges, and many colleges have also opened business English major. However, in order to adapt to the needs of the new situation, the traditional training model for business English talent should also be reformed. From the train- ing objectives, curriculum setting, teaching mode, and teaching staff construction, this paper analyzes the approach of the reform on business English talent training model.
