摘要
随着我国基础教育改革的不断完善和深化,教师所扮演的角色也由传统的教书匠向具有创新意识的教育工作研究者发展。在这一阶段中,反思性教学起到了重要的作用,不仅使教学实践实现了合理性,而且也在很大程度上促进了教师的全面发展。本文通过对初中英语教学过程中反思性教学的实践思考进行介绍,从而实现将课堂教学完善,达到师生共同发展的根本性目标。
With the constant improvement and deepening of Chi- na's basic education reform, teachers are transforming from tradi- tional pedants to education researchers with innovative con- sciousness. In the process, reflective teaching plays an important role, for it not only realize the rationality of teaching practice, but also promote teachers' comprehensive development to a great de- gree. Through the reflections on the practice of junior high school English reflective teaching, this paper attempts to improve class- room teaching and achieve the fundamental goal of teachers and students' mutual development.
