摘要
小学是义务教育的基础阶段,承担着普及九年义务教育的任务,其教育质量直接关系到人口整体素质的提高,关系到生产力水平的提高,关系到社会的发展。小学应以提高学生的综合素质为己任,而要提高学生的综合素质,教师自身素质必须提高。本文从教学反思的角度出发,探究教学反思对提升小学英语教师专业素质的意义。
Primary school is the basic stage of the compulsory ed- ucation, and it directly influences the improvement of quality ed- ucation. From the perspective of teaching reflection, this paper explores the significance of teaching reflection in the improve- ment of primary school teachers' professiortal quality.
