根据企业对合作意识和团队精神的关注和重视,本文从教学实践出发,结合共同学习、合作分工、竞争法及教师管理几方面提出培养中职生合作精神的几点体会。

Enterprises is laying more and more emphasis on co- operation consciousness and teamwork spirit. This paper, starting from teaching practice, proposes some experience on the cultiva- tion of secondary vocational students＇ cooperation spirit.
