团体心理咨询与个别心理咨询已成为大学心理健康教育的重要形式。特别是团体心理咨询,有个别心理咨询所不具备的优势。根据目前警察院校大学生的心理健康现状,开展有针对性的团体心理咨询活动,对保持警察院校大学生心理健康更有帮助。

Group psychological counseling and individual coun- seling has become an important form of mental health education in university, especially group psychological counseling with the advantages individual counseling does not possess. According to police college students＇ psychological health status, we carry out targeted group psychological counseling, which will help to maintain police college students＇ mental health.
