肾淀粉样变性病的肾脏病理损伤研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 肾淀粉样变性病是肾病科一种顽固、预后凶险的疾病，需要及早诊断和干预，它也是淀粉样变性病患者死亡的主要原因之一。本文拟从该病肾脏病理损伤的发病机制、病理评分系统、病理诊断、病理特点与临床表现的相关性和新的诊断技术LMD／MS在该病中的应用等方面的研究进展作一综述。
