摘要
文章探讨虚拟实验在机械控制工程基础课程教学中的应用,介绍虚拟实验在课程教学改革中的意义及MAT-LAB/Simulink仿真功能。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下,通过对数控机床进给传动链系统进行数学建模与仿真实例,提出基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件的开放式虚拟实验教学改革的模式;分析仿真软件在该课程教学中的应用方法。教学实践表明,将虚拟实验引入课程教学,可以激发学生学习的主动性和创造性,有利于培养创新型人才,对促进教学改革、课程建设和管理工作,提高教学质量具有现实意义。
The paper investigates the application of virtual experiments in mechanical control engineering teaching and introduces the signitieanee of the reform of virtual experiments in the course teaching and the simulation function of MATLAB/Simulink. In MATLAB/Simulink environment,through mathematical modeling and simulation system of the transmission chain by NC machine tools, a model of the opening virtual experimental teaching reform based on the MATLAB/Simulink software is proposed and the application methods of the MATLAB/Simulink software in the course teaching with the concrete examples are analyzed. The teaching practice shows that,introducing the virtual experiment into course teaching can spark student's learning initiative and creativity and help develop their innovative abilities, which is very useful in promoting educational reform, curriculum comtmction and management and of practical significance in improving the quality of teaching.
