校企合作人才培养模式之现代学徒制发展对策

Countermeasures of Modern Apprenticeship Development under the School-enterprise Cooperation Mode of Talent Training

许多国家在吸取传统学徒制优点的基础上发展现代学徒制,并给现代学徒制赋予了更广泛的内涵和意义,因此研究适合中国国情的现代学徒制教育模式有着积极的实践意义。文章在理清中国校企合作、工学结合的职业技术教育与西方现代学徒制的关系的基础上,通过总结国外的发展经验,分析校企合作、工学结合模式的现代学徒制发展过程中的主要问题,结合现代学徒制的发展现状、发展需求提出校企合作人才培养模式下现代学徒制发展的对策建议。

Through adopting the advantages of traditional apprentice many countries developed modem apprenticeship which has been en- dowed with more extensive connotation and significance, so it is of positive practical significance to find out the talent training mode suitable for the conditions in China. Based on the clarification of the relations between the vocational and technical education combined with school - enter- prise cooperation in China and the modem apprenticeship system in the west, this paper summarizes the foreign experiences, analyzes the main problems in the developmental process of modem apprentieeship based on the school- enterprise cooperation. Meanwhile, it puts forward developing strategies of modem apprenticeship by taking into consideration the status quo of modem apprenticeship and the developmental needs of the proposed school - enterprise cooperation in such a talent training mode.
