苗医验方“四大血”抗炎、镇痛作用拆方研究

Dismantlement Research of Effect about the Miao Medicine Prescription "Sidaxue" Anti-inflammatory Analgesic

目的:研究苗药验方"四大血"的配伍规律。方法:通过全方与拆方水提醇沉液的抗炎、镇痛实验,评价各组方的药效。结果:全方抗炎、镇痛综合作用均强于各个拆方。在镇痛作用中,各组分对全方的贡献依序为:仰嗟嘎>嘎龚布梭学>梭向>莴蒙棱。结论:"四大血"中四种药物配合使用具有合理性和科学性。

Objective：Research the compatibility Law of the Hmong prescription ＂sidaxue＂. Methods：By Anti inflammatory and analgesic experiments of all parties and separated recipes extracted in water extraction and alcohol precipitation from solution, evalu-ate the efficacy of every prescription. Results： The complete prescription effect is better than each separated recipe in Anti-inflamma-tory and analgesic effects. Each separated recipe＇s contribution to the order is angcuoga〉gonglongbusuoxue〉 suoxiang〉women gling in analgesic effect. Conclusion：The ＂sidaxue＂made from four kinds of drugs is resonable and scientific.
