2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度与血清胱抑素C及高敏C反应蛋白的相关性 被引量:3

Association of Common Carotid Artery Intima-media Thickness With Cystatin and High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein in Type 2 Diabetic Patients

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与胱抑素C(Cys C)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的相关性。方法:78例2型糖尿病患者及38例健康体检者分别入选研究组和对照组。测定体重指数(BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂、血压、血清Cys C及hs-CRP水平。结果:2型糖尿病组与健康对照组比较,BMI、HbA1c、血脂、血压、Cys C、hs-CRP及IMT明显升高,而HDL-c(高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)水平下降(P<0.01)。相关性分析发现,IMT与Cys C、hs-CRP、LDL-c(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)呈正相关,与HDL-c负相关(P<0.01)。以IMT为应变量进行多元逐步回归分析,仅LDL-c、CysC、hs-CRP进入回归方程(P<0.01)。结论:2型糖尿病患者血清Cys C、hs-CRP的升高可能与颈动脉IMT增厚有关。 Objective:To investigate the correlation of common carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT) with serum cystatin C(Cys C) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods:There were 78 patients with typc 2 diabetes mellitus and 38 normal controls in this study. The levels of BMI, HbAlc, serum lipids, blood pressure, serum cystatin C, hs-CRP and IMT were measured in all subjects. ResHlts:The levels of BMI, HbAlc, TG, Tc, LDL-c, SBP, DBP, Cys C, hs-CRP and IMT in diabetes group were significantly higher than that in normal control group, but the level of HDL c was decrease in diabe tes group(P〈0.01). The common carotid artery intima-media thickness was positively associated with Cys C, hs-CRP and LDL-c, but was negatively associated with HDL-c(P〈0.01). A stepwise multiple linear regression analysis showed that only LDL-C, Cys C and hs-CRP enter the regression equation. (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The levels of Cys C and hs-CRP may be associated with thc common carotid artery intima-media thickness in patients with type 2 diabetes.
