目的:总结根骨骨折的治疗方法,探讨其治疗技巧。方法:根据分析最近一批根骨骨折患者的年龄、骨折类型、健康状况、软组织损伤情况及医生的临床经验,将20例患者24足分为手术组和非手术组进行治疗。结果:根据权威鉴定:手术组18足中,9足为优,5足为良,3足为可,1足为差,优良率为77.78%;非手术组6足中,2足为优,2足为良,1足为可,1足为差,优良率为66.67%。结论:手术与保守治疗都取得了令人满意的疗效,其关键在于选择符合患者年龄、骨折类型、健康状况、软组织损伤情况的有效治疗方案。

Objective：To summarize ealcaneus fractures surgery and to explore their skills. Methods：According to the recently group of ealcaneus fracture patients age, fracture type, health condition, soft tissue injury and the doctor＇s clinical experience analysis 24 feet of the 20 patients were divided into operation group and the non-surgical group therapy. Results：As excellent results accord ing to the authoritative identification： surgery group, 18 feet, 9 feet, 5 feet, good, 3 foot as may, 1 foot for the poor, and the excel lent rate of 77.78%; non-surgical group 6 foot, 2 feet for excellent 2 feet Liang, 1 foot can be a foot worse, good rate of 66.67%. Conclusion： Surgical and conservative treatment achieved satisfactory results, the key is to choose effective treatment options for patient age, fracture type, health status, and soft tissue injury situation.
