摘要
滑片泵和离心泵的串联使用存在一定盲目性。为了更好地指导二者配合使用,借鉴相同类型泵机组配合使用的研究思路和方法,根据二者串联工作的流量与扬程关系表达式,分析串联时的工况点和出现的配合问题,并通过实验进行验证;实验分析节流和调速时整个系统的工况变化。结果表明,滑片泵是整个系统流量和压力的调节器,应慎重选择配合使用的泵,使两种泵都在高效区工作。研究发现离心泵的临界转速,实验与理论分析结果吻合。
The use in series of sliding-vane pump and centrifugal pump is with a certain of blindness. In order to well guide them combinative utilization, and according to the flow & head relational expression when two pumps work in series, this paper draws on the same type of pumps use in series with research ideas and methods to analyze the operating points and matching problems of two pumps when they are used in series, verifying the analytical results by experiment, and explores the operating mode change when the friction and rotational speed vary. Results show that the sliding-vane pump is a flow and pressure regulator of the entire system, and centrifugal pump should be carefully selected to work in the high performance area with the former. The critically rotational speed of centrifugal pump is discovered. The results of experiment are correspondent to those of theoretical analysis. The research broadens the application field of pump theory, and provide theoretical and technical support to two-pump matching.
