Analysis and Implication of Sport Managment Training Programs in the United States

对美国国家体育管理学培养方案进行解读,指出标准化、市场化、实践化和健全化是其快速发展的根本原因,从而为我国体育管理学学科进一步拓展以及高素质、复合型体育管理人才的培养,提出建议:我国体育管理学课程设置应该细化,并应呈多样性发展趋势;我国体育管理学课程设置应系统化;我国体育管理理论应与实践相结合;我国体育管理学学科体系应拓展;我国体育管理学人才应重新定位。

Through the analysis of sport management training programs in the United States, this thesis re- veals that standardization, marketization, practicalization and systemization are the basic reasons for its rapid development,based on which the following suggestions are proposed： the curriculum of sport man- agement programs in China should be subdivided in more diversified trends; the curriculum of sport man- agement programs should be systematic;the theories of sport management programs should be put into practice; the discipline system of sport management programs should be expanded; and the talent training objectives of sport management programs should be re-oriented.
