中国优秀短道速滑运动员年龄结构特征与参赛关系研究

Research on Relationship between Age Characteristics and Competitions of Chinese Elite Short Track Speed Skaters

采用问卷调查法和数理统计法,从优秀运动员年龄结构与参赛关系出发,对我国44名优秀短道速滑运动员的年龄结构、训练年限和参赛效果进行对比研究,旨在探索我国短道速滑项目竞技工作中存在的不足,为我国短道速滑项目成绩提升提供建议和参考。结果表明:优秀短道速滑运动员年龄特征与训练年限对运动员成绩存在显著性影响;运动成绩的变化存在明显的年龄特征,优秀运动员在最佳竞技状态,取得金牌数与运动员年龄呈正相关;全能运动员可以取得更好的成绩,运动能力在不同专项之间的交叉性高达75%。

This paper, using the method of questionnaires, literature and statistics, studies the China＇s 44 top short track speed skaters, and compares with our top short track speed skating athletes＂ age structure, training time and competition results. The main purpose is to explore the blind spot in our short track speed skating competition and give some recommendations and countermeasures to the work of selecting athletes and training. Conclusion.. age and training time has significant impact on athletes＂ sport perform- ance, athletes＂ sport performance changes according to their own age characteristics, elite athletes in their top form, the total of gold medals they get is positively correlated with their age; all-around athletes can get better results, short track speed skaters＇ exercise capacity in different sports event is up to 75%.
