大庆油田低渗透油藏采出水处理技术

摘要 对大庆油田目前采用的低渗透以及特低渗透油田采出水处理的技术现状和工艺特点进行了综合分析,阐述了低渗透油藏采出水处理目前执行的注水水质指标以及实现该指标所采用的处理工艺,有针对性地分析了大庆油田低渗透油田采出水处理在提高油水分离效率、系统配套技术、特低渗透采出水膜处理技术以及注水系统水质二次污染治理等方面采用的关键技术和应用效果,分析了提高处理设备效率的单项技术改进措施及配套工艺,并提出了今后的攻关重点和发展方向。 The produced water treatment technologies for low permeability and ultra-low permeability reservoirs used in Daqing oilfield were comprehensively analyzed.The reinjection water quality indicators and the corresponding produced water treatment processes were summarized.Major technologies for the improvement of the oil-water separation efficiency,auxiliary processes,membrane filtration technology for the produced water from ultra-low permeability reservoir,governance of water secondary pollution in the waterflood system were described.Measurements for individual technology of the improvement of efficiencies for the produced water treatment equipment and matching technologies were analyzed.The research focus and development tendency were also proposed.
