Optimization of the Technology for the Surface System in Moliqing Oilfield

针对莫里青油田特定的地理位置、特殊的油品性质和勘探开发一体化的开发模式,以流程优化简化、设备高效节能、工程节约投资为原则,通过简化集油流程;实施油气密闭集输及处理;自动量油技术;建设数字化油田,全方位实施了标准化设计等一系列优化简化、标准化地面工程技术。同时,应用科研成果,在优化简化、节能降耗、自动化控制和管理等方面取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。形成了一整套技术先进、适合莫里青油田滚动开发建设特点的地面工程建设技术方案,形成的"莫里青"建设模式成为了滚动开发油田建设的示范。

In view of specific geographic location,special oil properties and integration development mode of Moliqing oilfield,taking process optimization and simplification,efficient and energy-saving equipments,and saving investment as principle,the standardized design and a series of optimization and simplification were fully implemented by means of simplification of the oil gathering process, implementation of closed oil and gas gathering and processing,application of automatic oil technology,and construction of digital oilfield.Good economic benefit and social benefit were made in the optimization and simplification,energy saving and consumption reducing,and automation control and management through the application of scientific research.A complete set of surface facilities constructionscheme suitable for the rolling development of Moliqing oilfield was formed.The 'Moliqing'constructionmodebecametheconstructiondemonstrationfortherolling development oilfield.
