摘要 从气浮工艺的基本原理及特点对气浮技术进行了介绍,通过现场试验取得的效果,并结合乾安油田老区联合站及前大联合站采出水处理系统改造工程,对溶气气浮除油工艺技术进行了深入研究,为过滤进水水质把关,减轻后段过滤系统的压力,确保系统长期平稳运行,取得了令人满意的效果,使改造后处理水质达到了该地区的注水水质标准(油含量≤6mg/L,悬浮固体含量≤2mg/L),为气浮除油技术在吉林油田的应用和推广奠定了基础,同时,为其他联合站的采出水系统改造提供了可借鉴的经验。 The basic principles and characteristics of the air flotation technology were briefly introduced.According to the results of the field test,combining the reformation of the central treating stations in Qianan oilfield,the dissolved air flotation technology were deeply probed.The inflow water quality was controlled,the pressure of the filtration system in latter run was reduced,long-term stable operation was ensured, and the quality of the produced water was up to the injection water quality standard (waterwithoil≤6mg/L,suspendedsolid≤2mg/L),whichlaidafoundationforthe popularization of the air flotation technology in Jilin oilfield and provided good experiences for the reformation of the produced water system.
