On Teachers' Professional Development Strategies based on Network Video Cases

摘要 网络视频案例在教师反思教学能力、顺利开展教师教研活动、普通教师与专家零距离接触等方面为教师队伍的专业发展提供了实践经验指导,可以增强教师的隐性知识,促进个人知识显性化。 Video cases based on network could provide practice experience guidance in teaching reflection, teaching and research activity and communications with expert. They could improve the teachers' tacit knowledge.
