意大利的法学教育历史悠久,其课程设置齐全,师资力量雄厚,学校规模较大。以国际法教育为例,比较分析中意两国的法律教育,旨在发现我国在国际法教育方面存在的问题,从而学习意大利在国际法教育方面的优点,顺应世界法律发展的主流,为我国市场经济的发展培养合格的法律人才。

Italian legal education has a long history. It has a full range of curriculum, strong teaching force and the larger size of the school. This article compares and analyzes the international law education in China and Italy. It is designed to detect the problems in our country in the international law education and to learn the advantages of Italy in the education of international law. Our country should conform to the mainstream of legal development in the world and train qualified legal talent for the development of China＇ s market economy.
