The depth interpretation of core value texts issued by nearly 93 public libraries in North America through the social network analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis not only makes us understand differences of core values in America and Canada, but also shows the core value system of core value researches of modem libraries and best practice areas, and provides related comments for the core value of public libraries in China.
