提出了解决输电服务过程中如何进行合理的输电服务定价而使输电网络达到最佳的运行状态、且投资及运行费用最小的输电服务定价方案。采用交替方法 ,进而在定价机制中考虑了网络的安全性。通过改变输电服务电价中的参数Kb的大小 ,来改变网络潮流的流向和大小以回收所期望的成本。最后用一 IEEE2
Methodologies for optimal transmission pricing deal with the optimal operating state of transmission network with minimized capital and costs. An alternative method is presented which considers transmission security in the pricing mechanism, this method allows the rerouting of power flows with adjusted price while recovering the required revenue, these novel extension to the optimal transmission pricing problem are applied to a 24 node network for illustrative purposes.
