Value Characteristics and Optimization Strategies of the Library as the Public Cultural Space

作为公共文化空间的重要形式之一,图书馆在文化服务中发挥了重要的作用,已经成为公众生活中不可或缺的场所。图书馆作为公共文化空间表现出了伦理性、社会性和人文性等诸多价值特征。图书馆公共文化空间的优化可以从空间设计、区域特色和文化讲坛等方面加大实施力度,为公众营造一个舒心、休闲、开放的空间环境。

As one of important forms of the public cultural space, the library has played an important role in cultural services, and has become an indispensable place in the public life. As the public cultural space, the library has showed value characteristics of the ethicality, the sociality and the umanity. We could increase the implementation strength in optimizing the public cultural space from following aspects： the space design, regional specialties and the culture forum, in order to create a comfortable, leisure and open environment for the public.
