摘要
工作疏离感日益受到国内外研究者的广泛重视。本文从概念界定、影响因素、构成维度、后果变量等方面对工作疏离感的相关研究进行梳理,分析了工作疏离感作为中介变量或调节变量的重要作用,并针对目前研究中存在的主要问题提出了进一步研究的方向。
In recent years, the work alienation increasingly widespread attention by researchers both at home and abroad, especially in related fields such as psychology and organizational behavior. In previous studies, has not yet formed a consistent view defined on the definition and concept of work alienation. The study of influencing factors focused on the individual characteristics variables, organizational structure, job characteristics, leadership, and social and cultural factors; In terms of its dimensions, including two- factor theory, multi-factor theory and single-factor theory; In terms of the consequences of variables, focuses on the relationship between work alienation and work attitudes, work behavior, job performance and other aspects. In addition to explore the effect of variables directly affect the work alienation, Analyzed the mediating variables and moderating variables as an important role in many studies. Finally, for the main problems of previous studies pointed out of the future research orientations.
