摘要
员工离职直接影响企业的人力资本和核心竞争力,对于员工离职进行预警性分析和风险评估是企业保持合理人员流动率的有效手段。本文结合实际案例对于岗位离职风险进行量化评估、重点原则管理、逆向关注、再推荐指标设计等,以期提高企业离职管理水平。
Employee turnover for the competition ability of the enterprise has a direct impact. How can for employee turnover warning system, aiming at the key position in risk assessment, targeted formulate plan, is the enterprise keep reasonable personnel flow effective means. This article through the enterprise actual case, leaving for post risk evaluation, key management, the index design method, further improve the enterprise management level of leaving.
