摘要
本文以A集团为例,系统介绍了民营企业集团在"规范、发展、收益"三个不同发展阶段构建人力资源管理体系的实施过程,提出了跨阶段构建人力资源管理体系应坚持的系统思维观。
This paper analyzed the problems of human resource management in the early period of Group constuction and put forward the three stage of "norming,developing,benefiting" as the basic ideology of building the system of human resource management for Group. This paper systematically described the process of building the Group system of human resource management at different stages in the past three years. Lastly, from the angle of project operation, this paper come up with the systemic view of thinking for building the system of human resource management for enterprise group across the stage.
