摘要 本文从人力资源管理信息系统的基本要素入手,结合烟草行业的人力资源管理特点,全面剖析深圳烟草行业人力资源管理信息建设情况,探索人力资源管理信息系统优化升级新思路,力求在"人才效益型"发展道路上取得新突破。 Human resources is a key factor to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise, advanced technical means to carry out the management of human resources, the establishment of a comprehensive human resource management information system promoting human resources management affairs the aptitude strategic shift has been a wide range of business managers recognition. Start from the basic elements of the human resource management information system, a comprehensive analysis of the tobacco industry in Shenzhen Human Resource Management Information construction of human resource management features, combined with the tobacco industry to explore the human resource management information system optimization and upgrading of new ideas, and strive in the "talent-effective "development path to achieve new breakthroughs.
