摘要
员工带病出勤行为给组织和个人带来的危害,长期被人们忽视。本文认为,员工带病出勤动机可分为物质型动机、社会型动机、工具型动机和奉献型动机四种类型,受到社会经济、文化、制度层面以及组织和员工方面因素的诱导,组织可以通过对员工出勤动机盘点、建立员工带病出勤行为动态管理预警机制对员工进行动态管理。
The behavior of employee' sickness present is harm to the organization and individual. It is long-term ignored by people due to the fonrt of concealment. The sickness present motivators can be divided into material motivator, social motivator, instrumental motivator and dedication. The social economy, culture, institution and organization and staff factors can induce the behavior motivators. Organizations can establish the early warning mechanism of dynamic management of staff sickness present behavior according to the attendance of staff motivator inventory to lead the proper motivators and prevent sickness present.
