建筑业产业关联状态分析——以江浙陕甘为例

Analysis of the Industrial Status of Construction Industry: The Cases of the Situation in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanxi and Gansu

为了揭示建筑业与国民经济发展程度之间的互动关系,为建筑业的健康协调发展提供量化依据,运用投入产出分析模型,对江苏、浙江、陕西及甘肃四省的建筑业与国民经济各产业部门之间的关联关系以及其在整个经济中的地位进行分析比较。结果显示四省建筑业的产业发展具有相似性,同时存在差异,且具有"软化"趋势等特点,最后针对建筑业的产业特点,提出相应的政策建议。

In order to reveal the immanent connection between construction and the national economic development level, and to provide quantitative basis for the healthy development of the construction industry, we carried out a comparative analysis on industrial relationship between construction, other industries, and the construction in the whole national economy in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shaanxi and Gansu, with the use of input-output technique. The result shows that these four provinces construction industry have similarities, differences, and also a ＂softening＂ trend. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding recommendations.
