建设项目施工与监理沟通控制研究——以某尾矿库施工为例

施工项目沟通控制管理对项目成功建设起着重要作用。应用项目沟通理论分析论证了项目施工单位与监理单位现有沟通模式存在的问题,构建了新的沟通控制管理模式:在施工准备阶段进行项目的特点、难点对策的认识沟通,施工工艺沟通,施工程序安排沟通,监理控制方法、手段沟通,落实关键控制计划。并通过某尾矿库项目的实证研究,验证了该模式能够在施工单位与监理单位和谐相处、施工密切配合、施工技术内业全面系统真实、顺利完成施工项目目标方面取得良好的效果。

Communication control and management of the construction project plays an important role in the success ot me project. In this paper, project communication theory analysis and appraisal of the problems in the supervision of project construction units and supervision units existing mode of communication. And a communication control management mode is built. Characteristics of the project, the construction preparation phase difficult countermeasures understanding of communication： construction technology to communicate： construction of the procedural arrangements for communication： supervision control methods, means of communication： implementation of critical control plan. And achieved good results in through a railings empirical research, construction units and supervision units harmony closely with construction, construction technology within the industry, a comprehensive system real, successful completion of the construction project objectives. This research is a reference value for the general construction projects.
