The Preliminary Research on Information Sharing System Construction in Second-hand House Trading Market in China

从二手房市场交易者和经纪人双赢的角度出发,通过对中外二手房市场信息共享系统的比较研究,针对不能兼顾二手房交易者和房地产经纪人利益的问题,以及二手房信息共享系统普遍存在的问题,提出了我国二手房市场信息共享系统构建的思路,并进行系统功能模块设计,阐述了系统体系结构运作流程。该系统的构建会提高二手房市场的效率,对促进我国二手房市场的健康发展具有重要的意义。

Based on a win-win perspective of second-handed housing market traders and the real estate brokers, with the comparative study of information sharing systems in the second-handed housing market of China and foreign countries, according to the common existing problems of the second-handed houses information sharing systems as well as lacking of balancing the interests between the second-handed housing market traders and the real estate brokers, combining with global research status, this paper puts forward system construction, functional module analysis, operation process, system structure and network composition of information sharing system construction in second-handed housing market in China. This system will improve the efficiency of the second-handed housing market, and it is of great significance to promote the healthy development of Chinese second-handed housing market.
