摘要
利用超声波法提取废弃毛豆壳中的叶绿素。通过单因素及正交试验研究了溶剂、乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间和提取温度5个因素对叶绿素提取量的影响,再进行验证实验和稳定性实验。结果表明:以无水乙醇为提取剂,料液比1:20(g·mL^(-1)),在70℃下,超声波提取40min为从毛豆壳中提取叶绿素的最佳技术工艺;提取液中叶绿素的稳定性较差。
Chlorophyll was extracted from the obsolete soybean shells by ukrasonic. The effects of solvent,concentration of ethanol,the ratio of material to solvent (g·mL^-1), ultrasonic time and temperature on extraction rate, were investigated by single factor and orthogonal tests, then the demonstration and stability experiments were carried out. The optimal eonditions were obtained as follow: absolute ethanol,the ration of material to solvent of 1 : 20 (g·mL^-1 ), ultrasonic temperature of 70℃ ,and ultrasonic time of 40min. The chlorophyll was unstable in the extraction.
