摘要
以硝基苯为内标,建立了甲苯、邻硝基甲苯、间硝基甲苯和对硝基甲苯的气相色谱测定方法。4种物质的相对校正因子分别为0.5777,0.9441,0.9447和0.9600,相关系数r分别为0.9996,0.9999,0.9996和0.9999。以3组4种组分的混合溶液进行定量计算,测得四种组分的回收率皆在96.17%至102.2%之间。以95%硝酸为硝化试剂,对甲苯进行硝化反应研究,使用上述定量分析方法对实验结果进行分析,得到不同反应原料配比下甲苯的转化率和产物的产率及选择性。
The gas chromatographic method of simultaneous determination of toluene, o-nitrotoluene, rn-nitrotoluene and p-nitrotoluene was established using nitrobenzene as an internal standard. The four substances relative correction factor are 0. 5777,0. 9441,0. 9447 and 0. 9600, respectively, and the correlation coefficient r are 0. 9996,0. 9999,0. 9996 and 0. 9999, respectively. Three mixed solution of four components were researched, and the recoveries of the four components were between 96. 17 to 102.2%. With 95% nitric acid as the nitrating agent,the toluene nitration reaction was investigated. The experimental results were analyzed using the above-mentioned quantitative analysis method. The toluene conversion,product yield and selectivity were obtained with the different raw material ratio.
