白簕果实中总黄酮的测定 被引量:7

Determination of Total Flavonoids in Fruit of A.trifoliatus(L.) Merr.

摘要 为确定白簕果实总黄酮的含量,采用超声辅助法提取白簕果实中的黄酮类化合物,以芦丁为对照,采用分光光度法在510nm处测定白簕果实中的总黄酮。回归方程为:A=1.0471C-0.0012,相关系数r=0.9997,精密度实验RSD为1.653%,稳定性实验(40min)RSD分别为2.011%(芦丁)和1.967%(白簕),平均加标回收率为101%,RSD=1.961%(n=6)。采用分光光度法,操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,准确测定白簕果实中总黄酮含量为76.93mg/g。 Determination of the content of total flavonoids in fruit of A. trifoliatus(L. ) Merr. was studied. The total flavonoids in fruit of A. trifoliatus (L.) Merr. were extracted by ultrasound assisted method,ad then determined at 510nm by spectrophotometry with rutin as standard control. The result showed that the regression equation of rutin was A=1. 0471C-0. 0012,r=0. 9997,and the RSD for precision experiment was 1. 653%,RSDs for the stability experiment were 2. 011% (rutin) and 1. 967% [A. trifoliatus (L.) Merr. ]. The average recovery was 101%,with RSD of 1. 961% (n = 6). The content of total flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry, which was easy to operate with accurate result, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, and was used to determine total flavonoids in fruit of A. trifoliatus(L. ) Merr. with the accurate result of 76.93mg/g.
