火焰原子吸收光谱法测定中药枳椇中6种微量元素的含量 被引量:3

摘要 用火焰原子吸收光谱法对中药枳椇枝干中的Fe、Zn、Mg、Ca、Cu和Mn 6种微量元素含量进行了测定。用浓HNO_3-HClO_4消解样品,采用校准曲线法测定。所测的样品中含有丰富的人体必需的微量元素。采用此方法回收率在93.0%—105.0%之间,样品相对偏差小于5%。方法简单,结果准确。 The contents of 6 trace elements Fe,Zn,Mg,Ca,Cu and Mn in branches of Hovenia acerba Lindl. were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS). The samples were pretreated with concentrated HNO3-HClO4 and measured quantitatively through calibration curve method. It was shown that the samples were abundant with essential trace elements in human body. The recoveries were between 93.0% and 105.0% ,and the relative standard deviation was less than 5 0%. The method is considered to be simole and accurate.
