摘要
利用原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法在同一溶液中连续测定Cu、Zn、As、Sb、Bi、Hg等元素,对影响测定结果的酸度、还原时间及硼氢化钾浓度等因素进行研究,确定了合理检测条件。该方法测定国家一级标样各元素精密度、准确度均满足国家标准要求,减轻了工作量,提高了分析速度。该方法适用于大批量化探样品测试。
The method for continuous determination of Cu,Zn,As,Sb,Bi,Hg in same solution by atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established, and factors including acidity, reduction time, potassium borohydride concentration had influences on determining results were investigated,and the optimal detection conditions were confirmed. The precisions and accuracy of various elements in national primary standard samples by this method all met the requirements of national standard. This method can reduce the workload, improve the analysis speed, and is suitable to testing of batch geochemical samples.
