摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES),可同时测定玩具中17种元素(铝、锑、砷、钡、硼、镉、铬、钴、铜、铅、锰、汞、镍、硒、锶、锡和锌)迁移量。砷、镉、铬、钴、铅、镍和硒的线性范围在0.01—10.0mg·L^(-1),铝、钡、铜、锰、锶、锌、锑、锡和硼的线性范围在0.1—20.0mg·L^(-1),汞的线性范围在0.01—1.0mg·L^(-1),仪器检出限(3s)在0.0003—0.03mg·L^(-1)之间。方法用于玩具中17种元素特定迁移量分析,方法定量限在0.2—5mg·kg^(-1)之间,回收率在88.4%—114.0%之间。重复性测定相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.08%—3.97%之间。方法快速,简单,可靠性高,可多元素同时测定,适用于欧盟玩具安全新指令检测要求。
A new method was developed to simultaneously determine migration of 17 kind elements (aluminum, antimony, arsenic, barium, boron, cadmium, chromium, cobalt, copper, lead, manganese, mercury, nickel, selenium, strontium, tin, zinc ) in toys by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Linear relationships between values of emission intensity and the^concentration of the elements were found. Linear range of As,Cd,Cr,Co, Pb, Ni and Se was between 0.01mg · L^-1 and 10. 0mg · L^-1,and that of Al,Ba,Cu,Mn,Sr,Zn,Sb,Sn,B was from 0. 1 mg · L^-1 to 20. 0 mg · L^-1,and Hg was between 0. 01 mg ~ L-1 and 1.0mg · L^-1. The results showed that the instrumental detection limits (3s) were in the range of 0. 0003-0. 03 mg · L^-1. The proposed method was applied to analysis of the specific migration of 17 elements in toys. Quantification limits of the method were between 0. 2 mg· kg^-1 and 5 mg· kg^-1, and the recoveries ranged from 88.4% to 114.0% with the RSDs(n=6) of 0. 08%-3. 97%. The method is simple and fast with high reliability, that can be applied to simultaneous determination of multi- element,and be suitable for detection requirement of the new EU toy safety directive.
