摘要
氮素形态的定性鉴定是准确测定氮含量的基础。根据硝酸根和尿素的拉曼位移,直接鉴别是否含有硝态氮和酰胺态氮,而根据磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵、硫酸铵的拉曼位移间接的确定是否含有氨态氮。通过相应拉曼位移的对比分析最终对含氮肥料中氮素形态进行准确的预测。
Qualitative identification of nitrogen forms is the basis on accurate determination of the total nitrogen content. Whether containing nitrate nitrogen and amide nitrogen were directly detected according to Raman shift of nitrate radical and urea. The ammoniacal nitrogen was indirectly detected according to characteristic Raman shift of monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate and ammonium sulfate. The nitrogen forms in nitrogenous fertilize were accurately predicted through the comparison and analysis of corresponding Raman shift.
