摘要
利用太赫兹时域光谱技术(THz-TDS)在室温(298K)和低温(90K)下对阿托品和L-天仙子胺在0.2—1.8THz范围内进行了光谱测量,发现阿托品和L-天仙子胺在太赫兹波段存在各自明显的特征吸收峰,可作为其在THz波段的指纹谱。该研究结果为快速无损鉴别左旋体L-天仙子胺和其消旋体阿托品提供了一种新的检测手段。
The absorption spectra of atropine and L-hyoscyamine were measured in 0.2-1.8THz using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) at Temperature of 298K and 90K,respectively. Experimental results indicate that atropine and L-hyoscyamine both have distinct absorption features in the THz region,which can be used as fingerprints for the molecular recognition. This work provides a new method to detect the levorotatory form L-hyoscyamine and raeemate atropine quickly and safely.
