摘要
本文研究了各种浸提液、浸提温度和浸提时间对密胺餐具甲醛迁移量的影响。以20%乙酸、100℃水浴浸提15min作为样品处理条件,大于1mg/dm^2的甲醛迁移量可以初步判定仿瓷餐具中添加了脲醛树脂。在此基础上,建立了红外光谱测定脲醛密胺含量比的方法,脲醛和密胺含量比在0.1—9.0范围内,存在一个良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9968,两个水平(脲醛和密胺含量比分别为1.48和0.11)的精密度(n=10)为4.2%和8.8%,方法的检出限为0.05(脲醛和密胺含量比),准确度为3.9%和8.5%。
In the paper,a variety of extraction,extraction temperature and extraction time on the impact of formaldehyde emission of melamine tableware were studied. Sample treatment conditions are 20% acetic acid, 100℃ water bath for 15 minutes. Greater than 1mg/dm^2 was set as preliminary determination to identify if melamine tableware was added urea-formaldehyde resin. On this basis, infrared spectra method for analyze ratio of melamine urea formaldehyde content in melamine tableware was established. When urea-formaldehyde and melamine resin content ratio is between 0. 1 and 9.0,there is a good linear correlation coefficient r=0. 9968. Two levels (urea-formaldehyde and melamine resin content ratio of 1. 48 and 0. 11 respectively) precisions are 4. 2% and 8. 8% respectively (n= 10). The detection limit is 0. 05 (urea-formaldehyde/melamine), and the accuracy are 3.9% and 8.5%.
