摘要
分析了安宁中低品位混合磷矿的矿石性质和矿石抗破碎力学性能,研究了棒径对磷矿磨矿细度的影响,解决了磷矿石粗磨过程中的过磨问题。研究表明,最佳的粗磨棒径为85㎜。过大或过小的粗磨棒径,磨矿效果皆不好,只有在最佳棒径下的磨矿,粗粒质量分数低、过磨粒级少,细粒级质量分数和生产率高,磨矿效果最好。
In order to solve the overgrinding problem of phos- phate ore in coarse grinding, the ore property and the mechanical properties of ore crushing resistance of mid and low grade phos- phate ore in Anning were analyzed, the effect of rod diameter on grinding fineness was researched. The results show that the best rod diameter is φ85 mm. The grinding effect is not good under too big or too small rod diameter grinding, only when with the opti- mum grinding rod diameter, coarse grain content is lower, overg rinding grain is less,fine grain content and productivity are higher, the grinding effect is best.
